My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a balcony with a breathtaking view of St Moritzsee and the mountains. My stay at Hotel Steffani was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms varied from a cozy one with a towel heater to a more spacious room at the front of the hotel. While a bit tricky to find initially, the latter offered a large bathroom with a bath and a small balcony, making it brighter. The service provided by the brilliant and friendly staff was impressive, although the initial appearance of a senior staff member was a bit unexpected. The location couldn't have been better, being the first hotel visible from the train station and recommended for a visit to Sankt Moritz, despite some traffic noise at the roundabout. The dining experience in the comfortable dining room was delightful, with an excellent variety of foods and drinks, ideal for those seeking traditional Italian dishes. The hotel lacked enthusiasm from the breakfast personnel, especially compared to the evening staff. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a comfortable stay.
